Booking Terms & Conditions

  • 50% deposit payable within 5 days from booking
  • Final 50% due 7 days before check-in
  • A refundable security deposit of NZ$2000 is due 7 days before check-in
  • Subject to the condition of the property, the refundable deposit is repaid 10 days after check-ou

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: receive a full refund
  • Cancellation between 30 and 7 days of check-in: receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellation after 7 days: no refund
